Catching up / Nadrabianie zaległości :)

I am really sorry as I recently haven't had too many things to show You. Creating new things is a pleasure for me, but some personal difficulties were disturbing me from the use of my sewing machine :( And the organization of the workshops to take place in 2 weeks, takes so much time that it's hard to set aside some time for a pleasure of sewing :( 

I have already made the list of things I need to make before the patchwork workshops and I hope that no surprise changes my plans. 

Mało ostatnio miałam do pokazania i strasznie nad tym ubolewam. Tworzenie nowych rzeczy to przecież sama przyjemność,ale pewne sprawy osobiste skutecznie odciągały mnie od maszyny:( No i sama organizacja warsztatów, które odbędą się już prawie za 2 tyg. zajmuje tyle czasu, że ciężko jest wygospodarować chwilkę na przyjemność szycia:(

Listę rzeczy, które muszę uszyć jeszcze przed warsztatami mam już zrobioną i mam nadzieję, że żadna niespodzianka nie pokrzyżuje moich planów.



To prove it I made a picture of a quilt which I hope to finish in a few days. The photo shows only a portion of it... let the rest remain a mystery :)

Żebyście nie musiały wierzyć mi tylko na słowo zrobiłam zdjęcie quiltu, który mam nadzieję skończyć w ciągu kilku dni. Na zdjęciu widać tylko fragment... niech reszta pozostanie tajemnicą :)

Yes, yes ... That's really me...

I have legs long enough to reach my neck and a smile from one ear to another :) I'm kidding, of course, because that what you can see is a portrait of me made by my beloved little daughter. My great 4-year-old did it with the use of plasticine, so I could only capture it this way.

Although I do not have legs that long, but I really like my portrait :)

Tak, tak...właśnie tak wyglądam...
Mam nogi aż do samej szyi i uśmiech od ucha do ucha :) Oczywiście żartuję, bo to co widzicie, to mój portret zrobiony przez moją ukochaną córcię.
Moja wspaniała 4-latka zrobiła go z plasteliny, dlatego mogłam go uwiecznić tylko w taki sposób. 
Wprawdzie nie mam aż tak długich nóg, ale portret bardzo mi się podoba:)

And this a result of our mutual cooperation. I found some nice ideas in the book I received from my mom. At the beginning we did paper zebras. Probably you would not guess which is done by me.:)

A to nasza wspólna praca. Znalazłam kilka fajnych pomysłów w książce, którą kiedyś dostałam od mamy. Na początek zrobiłyśmy papierowe zebry. Pewnie i tak nie zgadniecie, która jest moja:)
